The Knorr Systems office is open from 7:30AM to 5:00 PM Monday - Friday for technical support. If you require emergency technical support after hours or on the weekend, please call our main number, 800-676-7946, and press 9 when the recording begins. One of our factory trained technicians will be paged and call you back.

 

Knorr Systems maintains a staff of Factory Certified Water Quality Technicians. Water Quality Technicians are available to all of our customers on site for training, repairs and preventative maintenance. From the complicated to the most simple of questions, the tech support staff at Knorr Systems is here to help you.
