At Knorr Systems we are committed to you as our customer and as COVID-19 continues to be on the top of everyone’s mind we wanted to share with you what we are doing to ensure our employees and customers are safe and cared for as this situation continues to evolve.
We have taken the following initiatives and preventive measures internally:
- Employees are asked to stay home, whenever they are ill
- Reassigning employees, where possible, to work remotely to minimize contact with others
- Created separation between employees to protect our office and warehouse environments
- We have increased our frequency of deep cleaning and sanitizing of our offices
To our customers, we would like to remind you we are here for you as well. By providing answers to your questions, by reviewing and discussing your concerns and in providing for your swimming pools’ Essential Services. We are able to be in the field under certain conditions and in specific locations with carefully trained technicians.
Dealing with unprecedented circumstances requires the experience and expertise shown by Knorr Systems throughout the past 42 years. We've already performed vital service work for many of you over the last several two weeks, and we are working hard to touch base with all of you.
