Inhalation:
Granular material does not pose a significant inhalation hazard, but inhalation of dust may cause irritation to the respiratory tract, with symptoms of coughing and shortness of breath.
Ingestion:
Low toxicity material but ingestion may cause serious irritation of the mucous membrane due to heat of hydrolysis. Large amounts can cause gastrointestinal upset, vomiting, abdominal pain.
Skin Contact:
Solid may cause mild irritation on dry skin; strong solutions or solid in contact with moist skin may cause severe irritation, even burns.
Eye Contact:

Special Information:
In the event of a fire, wear full protective clothing and NIOSH-approved self-contained breathing apparatus with full facepiece operated in the pressure demand or other positive pressure mode. Keep in a tightly closed container, stored in a cool, dry, ventilated area. Protect against physical damage. Moist calcium chloride and concentrated solutions can corrode steel. When exposed to the atmosphere, calcium chloride will absorb water and form a solution. Containers of this material may be hazardous when empty since they retain product residues (dust, solids); observe all warnings and precautions listed for the product.

Knorr Systems will install and maintain all the equipment we provide for your facility. The KSI team will also make sure your staff is trained and able to operate all of the systems we provide.
Each Water Quality Management Program is custom-designed to meet your needs. Because no two pools are alike, no two programs are alike. These programs include the cost of equipment, but they can also include pool chemicals as well. All products sold and installed by Knorr Systems are covered by factory warranties. The terms and conditions of these warranties vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. It is Knorr Systems' commitment to honor and execute these warranties to their full extent where applicable. At all times, Knorr Systems will strive to provide the swiftest, and most fair solutions to equipment warranty issues.
Knorr Systems acts as an authorized factory representative for all warranty related claims. Knorr Systems field personnel are not permitted to authorize warranty returns and claims at installation sites. Warranty determinations made at the job site may be subject to rejection or modification by the factory.
Knorr Systems guarantees all labor for a period of one year from initial installation on equipment installed by Knorr Systems personnel.
In cases where products are replaced by the factory, labor charges for removing and reinstalling equipment may be the customer's responsibility and will be determined on a case by case basis.
Warranties do not cover cosmetic damage or damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse or negligence. Warranties are not applicable in cases where the products or installation have been modified by non Knorr Systems representatives. Warranties do not cover damages due to improper operation or maintenance or attempted repair by anyone other than Knorr Systems.
Products sold, delivered and installed "as is" or 'with faults" are not covered by Knorr Systems warranty.
All products submitted for warranty service, must be accompanied by a Field Engineering Report outlining, in detail, the nature of the claim and any reported malfunctions. All equipment submitted for warranty evaluation will be properly tagged and identified prior to shipment to the Knorr Systems offices. Tags must bear the date that the product was removed form the installation site, and if applicable the factory RMA number. Knorr Systems personnel must obtain approval and a Service Request number from the main office prior to returning potential warranted equipment.
The Knorr Systems office is open from 7:30AM to 5:00 PM Monday - Friday for technical support. You may also submit an online request. If you require emergency technical support after hours or on the weekend, please call our main number, 800-676-7946, and press 9 when the recording begins. One of our factory trained technicians will be paged and call you back.
